If you had met me a few years ago, you probably wouldn't recognize the person I am today.
There was a time when simply getting through the day felt overwhelming.
After a devastating accident, I spent months unable to walk and underwent multiple surgeries to save my leg. During my recovery, I experienced firsthand what happens when your body can no longer do the things you've always taken for granted. I lost my independence, my strength, and much of the life I loved.
As I searched for answers, I realized something that changed my life.
Our bodies have an incredible ability to heal—but they need the right support.
That realization sent me on a journey to learn everything I could about nutrition, healthy lifestyle habits, exercise, cellular health, and the science behind helping the body function at its best. Little by little, I began rebuilding my health from the inside out.
Today, I have more energy, better mobility, greater strength, and feel healthier than I did before my accident. But perhaps even more importantly, I discovered a new purpose.
Helping others avoid the struggles I went through.
My passion isn't simply helping people feel better today. It's helping them protect the life they love for years to come.

My background includes graduate studies in psychology with a specialization in gerontology, giving me a deep appreciation for the physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors that influence healthy aging. Combined with my own recovery journey, that perspective shapes the way I work with every person I meet—with compassion, education, and a genuine desire to help.
I don't believe growing older automatically means accepting declining health.
I believe small, consistent choices—supported by good nutrition, healthy habits, and measurable information—can make an incredible difference over time.
