Meet Teddie - Why I Care So Much about Your Health

From Guesswork to Measurable Wellness.

Helping families take control of their health from the inside out.

first - my background

My approach to health and wellness is shaped by a combination of personal experience, lifelong exposure, and years of studying people, behavior, and how we make decisions about our health.

I’ve spent much of my life studying human behavior — earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master’s, and later a Doctorate — all of which deepened my perspective on how mindset, beliefs, and daily habits influence our long-term well-being.

But just as important as my formal education - has been what I’ve lived and experienced.

I grew up in a family that believed deeply in health, research, and natural support. My grandmother, Peggy, was passionate about supplements, wellness, and increasing our body's natural ability to heal and stay healthy - and she lived to 99. My father has also always been committed to understanding how the body works and how to support it naturally through nutrition, fitness, lifestyle, and supplements - and he will be 92 this year.

From a young age, I was surrounded by the idea that our choices and what we do every day matter — and that true health starts from within. But it wasn’t until I went through my own health ordeal that everything really changed.

After my recent debilitating injury, I found myself doing everything I thought I was supposed to do to recover well - eating better, exercising, taking supplements, and trying to rebuild my strength. I felt like it was working, but there was still something in the back of my mind I couldn’t ignore.

It all felt like a lot of guessing and hoping.

One of the things that became very clear to me through all of this - is how little control we actually have over our own health.

In the traditional system, we wait until something feels wrong.

* We schedule appointments.

* We sit in waiting rooms.

* We get bloodwork once or twice a year.

And most of the time, decisions are made based on symptoms, limited snapshots, and the best interpretation of the information available at that moment. And while that system absolutely has its place - it left me feeling like I was always reacting — not really understanding what was happening in my body, and not truly in control of my own health.

That was frustrating!

Because I didn’t just want to be told what might be going on. I wanted a way to check in on my own health more consistently - to understand what was happening beneath the surface - to have something I could measure, track, and actually see over time.

I wanted to feel like I had a more active role in my own health — not just once or twice a year… but every day.

And that’s where my frustration really began — not just with the health system, but with how little control we truly have over our own health. Because when it comes to our health — especially as we get older — we don’t just want to hope we’re doing the right things…

We want to know for sure — so we’re not wasting our time, effort, or money.

my mission is deeply personal

After my injury, I experienced what it feels like to lose your independence. To not be able to do the smallest, simplest things on your own. To feel like your body is no longer working with you.

And that changes you.

Because once you’ve been there - you never want to go back. And you never want to see someone else go through it either.

That’s why this matters so much to me.

I don’t just want people to feel better today — I want them to stay strong, independent, and capable for years to come. I want people to be able to move, think clearly, and live their lives fully — not just now, but into their 70s, 80s, and beyond.

* To travel.

* To enjoy their families.

* To take care of themselves.

* To live without fear of losing their independence.

Because the truth is…

So many of the signs people associate with “just getting older” aren’t something we should simply accept.

* Low energy.

* Brain fog.

* Joint discomfort.

* Less sleep.

These are often seen as normal. But in my experience — they’re not just normal signs of aging - They’re signals.

They’re your body telling you that something isn’t quite right underneath - that something is off - and that your body may not be getting what it needs to stay strong and healthy.

And the good news is — it doesn’t have to be this way.

It can be improved. It can be strengthened. And it can help you stay ahead of the chronic conditions so many people worry about as they get older.

When we begin to give the body what it truly needs — through better nutrition, movement, lifestyle, and the right support — we can strengthen it from within and help it do what it was designed to do:

* Stay resilient.

* Stay balanced.

* And protect your future.

Because the truth is - so much of what people go through later in life doesn’t happen overnight. It builds slowly, over time, beneath the surface.

And for so long, we’ve had no real way to see what's going on at a cellular level - no way to measure it - no way to know if what we’re doing is actually helping. We are only guessing and hoping.

That’s what I want to change! That's my mission...

I want to help people see what’s going on inside their bodies early, at a cellular level — so they can take action, stay ahead of what's trying to sneak up on them, and support their health in a way that is consistent and natural.

Prevention is now possible - if we can measure it - we can correct it.
